Sneak Peek #5

Here's the final day of sneaks before the big Stamp release!  I chose to showcase the Sophie Monroe stamp today.  Usually I struggle with using the Sophie stamps (just because I tend to make a lot of cards for males) but I LOVE the ones that come with in the release, especially the ones that echo iconic 50's images.

When I saw this stamp I knew I had to make something with the New York city skyline and images of old Hollywood glamour.  I stuck with a black/grey/white motif to capture the feeling of old school movies with Marilyn Monroe being a focal point.  I tinkered with photoshop and welding images to make the background and colored Sophie with Copics in the same color gradient.

A couple flourishes, stickles, and star brads around the sentiment complete this Clean and Simple card.

Diamond's may be Marilyn Monroe's best friend but stickles are my best friend!  I just love how her dress turned out!

Alright everyone, make SURE you don't miss out on tomorrow's blog hop.  We're kicking off at 10 PM EST and make sure you leave a comment on each blog for a chance to win some free rubber!

Now go and check out what everyone else has to showcase for today!
